The tiled roof upgrade is what pushed me over the edge—it saves me from having to do that detail work myself, and it looks sharp straight out of the box. I've got it set up in a modern street scene and it fits right in, no problem. Assembly took an evening, but the laser cuts are clean and the piece

The tiled roof upgrade makes such a difference—those little laser-cut pieces fit snugly and give the terrace real character. I’ve already used it for a ruined street scene in our WW2 games and it’s sturdy enough for handling without breaking.

The roof upgrade with tiled pieces really makes this modern terrace look more realistic than the flat-roof kits I've tried before. Clean laser cuts with minimal scorching, and it fits together surprisingly tight for a wargame terrain piece.
