The banner pole fits together cleanly with no flash, which is a relief for such a detailed little model. I built him as the focal point of my squad, and the pose really sells the determined advance through chaos.

The command sprue gives you enough bits to pose the standard bearer exactly how you want, and the banner’s sculpt really sells that rallying-point feel. Assembly was straightforward, even for a first-timer like me, and it fits right in with the rest of the rhyflers on the table.

The banner pole fits the standard bearer’s hand perfectly, and the way the cloth is sculpted gives it real motion as if it’s catching wind mid-battle. I’ve glued a few other kits where the flag looked flat, but this one actually feels like the rallying point it’s meant to be.
