Trebuchet (28mm)

The counterweight mechanism is actually functional on this MDF model, which adds a lot of fun to medieval siege scenarios. I've spent a good hour just adjusting the swing arm tension to get the perfect launch angle, and it holds up well with a few test shots.

Assembly was straightforward and the counterweight mechanism actually swings the arm with a satisfying thunk when you release it. The MDF has a nice weight to it that makes it feel sturdier than most terrain pieces I've built. Perfect centerpiece for a medieval siege scenario.

The counterweight swings with a satisfying thunk, and the arm throws a surprising distance for a 28mm piece. It's the perfect centerpiece for a siege scenario, and the MDF detail on the frame is crisp enough to paint up quickly.
