The laser-cut MDF slots together cleanly—no warped pieces in my kit. The two-story layout with the little shopfront gives it a great lived-in feel for my RPG table. Took an evening to assemble while watching a show.

I’ve been looking for a detailed MDF kit that really captures the feel of old merchant streets, and this one delivers with its cleanly engraved shopfront and roof tiles. The thread-shop interior is a nice touch for display, and the layers of the okiya facade give it real depth once assembled.

The pieces fit together surprisingly well for a kit this size, and the shop front has that authentic machiya feel once the slots click into place. I spent an afternoon dry-fitting it, and the detail on the thread shop sign alone makes it worth the effort of painting.
