The way the doors and windows line up on each floor makes it look like a real miniature building, not just a toy. I used it as a foundation for a mayoral mansion, and the scale fits perfectly with other kits.

I built this as the base for my guild hall diorama, and the multiple doorways on each floor made it easy to connect to other structures. The snap-fit pieces held together nicely without glue, so I had it assembled in under an hour.
