The weathered stone textures on the bases really make these MDF pieces feel like authentic Roman street corners. I paired them with a few larger structures and the whole market scene came together perfectly.

The carved facades on these shop fronts are crisp enough to pass at tabletop distance, and the scale fits perfectly with 28mm minis. Painted up in about an hour with a drybrush, they add real life to a wealthy Roman district.

The wood grain texture on the walls is surprisingly detailed for MDF, really brings those Roman alleyways to life. I’ve already built two of them to go with a larger forum set, and they fit together perfectly.
