鐵甲砲艇

The ribbed armor plates on the sides have a nice texture that takes drybrushing really well. I’ve been using it for a Victorian sci-fi game and it looks the part next to smaller skirmish ships. Only wish the smokestack piece was a bit sturdier, but it’s a solid kit overall.

The hull panels fit together with satisfying precision, making assembly much smoother than I expected for MDF terrain. My first ironclad now sits proudly on the gaming table, and the sturdy construction suggests it'll survive many transports.

I’ve been planning a late-19th century naval wargame, and these hulls fit the period perfectly. The MDF panels came cleanly cut with no warping, and the assembly slots lined up right on the first try.
