I was really impressed by the modular design; being able to rearrange the pieces for different layouts is a nice touch for variety in my games. The detail on the ruined facade looks convincingly battle-worn right out of the box.

The dormer fits flush against the roofline without any gap, which makes painting and weathering a breeze. I’ve already set it up in a couple of different positions to vary the street layout, and the modular pieces hold together snugly.

The internal walls are scored with realistic bullet holes and crumbling plaster, so my ruined townhouse actually tells a story when I set up my wargame table. I’m impressed how easily the modular floors snap together, making it simple to rearrange for different firefights.
