The fit on my 20mm bases is precise and snug, with no wobble at all. I was pleasantly surprised how cleanly the MDF pieces slot together right out of the package.

These trays snap together perfectly flush, and the 1/4 inch lip keeps my skirmish units locked in place even when I tip the board sideways. Took a bit of sanding on the edges, but the MDF is solid and should hold up for years of gaming.

I needed a tray that could handle rank-and-file movement without wobbling, and the 1/4" border keeps everything snug during pushes. The MDF frame and base separate cleanly too, which makes assembly less fussy than some other trays I've tried.
