The 1/4-inch border on both the frame and base makes alignment surprisingly easy, and the MDF feels sturdy enough for regular gaming sessions. It didn't arrive scratched or warped, which is always my fear with wood products.

I was a bit worried the MDF might feel flimsy, but the 1/4-inch border on the upper frame gives it a solid, sturdy grip for my 30x30mm units. The whole army sits snug without any wobble mid-game.

The lower base on this tray fits perfectly into my movement trays without any wobble, and the 1/4 inch frame gives just enough lip to hold models securely. I’ve been using it for my 30mm infantry blocks, and it saves a ton of time during games. Great quality for the price.
