The magnets I glued into the recessed slots hold my 25mm infantry firmly in place during transport. Each row has exactly the right spacing for skirmish formations on the table.

Glued this together in about ten minutes and the MDF frame sits perfectly flush with the lower base, so my skirmish line moves as one solid unit. The half-inch spacing between cutouts gives just enough room to slide a finger in and grab a model without knocking its neighbors over.

Finally, a movement tray that actually fits my rank-and-file minis without them wobbling around. The 1/2 inch spacing between cutouts keeps everything perfectly aligned during a game. I grabbed the deeper frame option and my guys sit flush with the top edge.
