The 1/2" spacing between cutouts is perfect for keeping my skirmish units organized without being cramped. I was worried the MDF would feel flimsy, but it’s nice and rigid once assembled. Just wish the instructions were a bit clearer, but the tray itself works great.

The lower base and frame fit together so snugly that there's zero wobble once everything's assembled, which is exactly what you want on a crowded game table. I appreciate that the 1/4" frame height matched my bases' depth perfectly, so my minis sit flush without any fiddly adjustments.

The spacing between each cutout is perfect for my 40mm base models, and the MDF feels sturdy without being too heavy. I was worried about fit, but the frames snap together cleanly and hold the minis securely during movement.
