Took a gamble on this being sturdy enough for 40 models and I’m pleasantly surprised the MDF frame holds them snug without any wobble. The 1/4-inch border gives just enough lip to keep everything in place during transport. Definitely speeds up my movement phases.

The slots on the bottom really lock each 30mm base into place firmly during transport. I've used cheaper trays before that let models slide around, but this one keeps my front rank perfectly aligned for the whole game.

The 1/4" frame height is just right—my 30mm bases sit flush without any wobble, and the MDF layers glued together feel solid. I've already loaded and unloaded a full unit mid-battle twice, and nothing has shifted or splintered.
