02 Hundred Hours - Desert Raid

I was surprised by how well the sandstorm mechanics are integrated—it actually forces you to rethink your patrol routes mid-game. The extreme temperature rules add a nice layer of tension without overcomplicating things. Really immersive way to bring the North African campaign to life.

The long-range patrol scenarios really capture the feel of navigating harsh terrain, and the resource management for sandstorms and extreme temperatures keeps every decision tense. Setup was straightforward, and it fits perfectly into the base game.

The heat exhaustion rules make these long-range desert missions feel incredibly tense. I've played through three raids so far, and the way sandstorms can suddenly scramble your plans is brilliant. Finally, a WW2 game that captures the isolation and desperation of the North African campaign.
