The wheels and axle slots lined up perfectly once I got the hang of it, and the unpainted wood feels sturdy enough to actually roll around. Took me a couple evenings to finish, but the little rice bundles are a charming detail.

The little wooden wheels roll surprisingly smoothly once you get the axle pegs seated right, and the laser-cut joints fit together with barely any sanding needed. I painted mine to look weathered and it’s a charming shelf piece now, though I wish the kit included a second cart for the price.
