Fort Capuzzo was one of three large Forts to be built during the Second Italo-Senussi War (1923–1931), as part of a barrier on the Libya-Egypt and Libya-Sudan borders.

Living quarters had been built around the inside edges and provided the base for border guards and Italian army armoured car patrols. A track ran south from the fort, just west of the frontier wire and the border, to Sidi Omar and its sister Fort Maddalena

During WWII the fort changed hands 7 times in bitter battles over the three year period. What remains that were left have since disappeared into obscurity.

Perfect for your Italian army, Afrika Korps, 8th Army or perhaps even your Star Wars Legion!

Kevin J. ★★★★★

Finally a 15mm scale fort that actually looks like it could withstand a siege. The MDF pieces are crisp and free of burn marks, which made assembly much faster than I expected. Now I just need to paint it to match the desert sand.

Joshua N. ★★★★★

The laser-cut MDF parts fit together perfectly with no gaps, and the crumbled roof detail really sells the "destroyed" look for my desert battle table. It painted up nicely in about an hour with a drybrush of sand and rust tones.

Julian ★★★★★

The panels fit together so cleanly I didn’t even need to sand the edges, and the ruined state looks properly battle-worn right out of the box. It’s a solid little piece for wargaming terrain, and the scale feels just right next to my 15mm infantry.
