The earliest Airboats date back to 1915 and were first used by the British Army in World War I during the Mesopotamian Campaign. Flat-bottomed and rapid, they are used as a means of navigating bodies of water too shallow for a standard submerged propeller engine.

Supplied unassembled and unpainted in kit form with full instructions.

Brian ★★★★★

The flat-bottomed hull sits perfectly on my water boards, and the engraved deck planks up top give it a real 1915 feel. Assembled it in an evening between games and the laser-cut pieces fit snug, no gaps showing anywhere.

Benjamin ★★★★★

This was the quickest MDF kit I've assembled in ages — the flat bottom made gluing it together almost effortless. The scale feels perfect for 28mm skirmish games, and it's sturdy enough to handle regular tabletop use.

Isabella U. ★★★★★

Painted up this little MDF airboat for a WWI skirmish game, and the flat-bottomed hull detail looks great on the table. The 28mm scale fits perfectly with my other terrain pieces, and it was quick to assemble with just a bit of superglue.
