The frame border at 6.35mm is exactly what I needed to keep my 40mm bases snug without rocking, and the two-piece MDF design fits together cleanly. I bought the taller frame option and it holds the minis securely during transport, though I did have to sand one edge slightly for a perfect seat.

The MDF feels sturdy and well-cut, and the base fits my 40mm miniatures perfectly with no wobble. I chose the taller frame option, and it keeps everything organized during gameplay.

The 1/4” frame border is just right—bases slot in snug without any wobble, and the two-piece MDF design makes it easy to swap units mid-game. I’ve already ordered a second one for my next squad.
