The conversion is straightforward and the tray centers each 20mm base cleanly, giving a uniform 25mm frontage. I just wish the bottom edge was a bit more rounded, but it sits flush on the table and holds minis snugly during movement.

Finally, my old 20mm skirmish units sit perfectly centered in these 25mm slots, so the frontage matches my newer troops without any fiddly measuring. The MDF feels sturdy enough for repeated handling during a game, and the cut edges are clean with no splinters.

The slots are precise enough that my 20mm figures snap in snugly without wobbling, and the MDF has a nice smooth finish. This tray solves the problem of using them in games designed for 25mm bases perfectly.
