Finally found a movement tray that actually fits my 30x30mm rank-and-file perfectly — the 1/4" frame border leaves just enough room for their bases without wobbling. Used the 6mm height option and my infantry sit snug but still easy to pop off for casualty removal.

The 6.35mm frame border per side is spot on for my 25mm bases, and the MDF layers fit together cleanly with no warping. I just wish the base thickness options were a bit more obvious on the listing, but once it arrived it took me under a minute to assemble.

I'd already glued a unit of 20mm-based skirmishers onto this tray, and the 6.35mm frame borders gave them just enough visual separation without looking cluttered.
