The 1/4-inch frame border gives those 20mm bases a snug, secure fit without any wobble during the game. I opted for the taller frame and it keeps my models nicely in line, plus the MDF build feels sturdy enough for repeated use.

Finally, a tray that actually holds 20x20 bases without them rattling around - the 6.35mm frame border keeps everything locked in place while still allowing easy removal. The MDF layers line up perfectly, so no fiddly sanding needed before painting.

The MDF pieces fit together snugly with no wobble, and the 1/4 inch frame border keeps my 20mm minis neatly in line during transport. I opted for the taller frame to protect the models' bases, and it's perfect for quick deployment on the table.
