The frame border is a solid 6.35mm per side, so my 25mm bases sit snug without any wobble. I picked the taller frame option and it keeps the unit looking clean on the table. Assembly took me under five minutes with wood glue, and the MDF feels sturdy enough for regular games.

Fits my 25mm infantry perfectly and the 1/4" frame keeps them snug without any wobble. The MDF upper frame and base went together cleanly, and the option to pick the frame height was a nice touch. Took maybe five minutes to glue up.

The frame border is exactly the right size for my minis to sit snugly without rattling around. Only minor gripe is the base could sit a bit flatter right out of the box, but it's fine after pressing.
