Finally found a movement tray that doesn't warp; the 1/4" frame border is surprisingly sturdy and keeps my 20mm bases perfectly aligned. It fits the table nicely without sliding around.

The 1/4" frame border is exactly what I wanted—it keeps the minis snug without being fiddly to slot in. Assembly took a few minutes with wood glue, but the MDF pieces fit together cleanly and the whole tray sits flat on the table.

I needed movement trays to keep my 20mm bases organized during games, and this MDF construction feels sturdy without being overly heavy. The upper frame and lower base fit together perfectly, and the 1/4" border is just enough to hold the minis securely.
