The 1/4" border on this MDF tray gives my 20mm-square bases a nice, snug fit without being too tight. Assembly was straightforward, and having the option to choose the frame height made it easy to match my army's basing style.

I was worried the clearances would be off, but the 1/4" frame border holds my 20x20mm bases perfectly. The two-piece MDF design feels sturdier than I expected, and the optional base tray keeps everything from sliding around during a game.

The MDF frame fits my 20mm bases perfectly with that 1/4" border on each side, so troops stay snug without any wobble. I chose the higher frame option and it makes picking up the whole tray a breeze during games.
