The frame border is exactly the 1/4" I needed, and the fit for my 20x20mm bases is snug without being tight. Assembly was straightforward, and the MDF feels sturdy enough to hold a full unit.

Took a chance on this for my 20mm infantry blocks, and the 6.35mm border keeps them snug without any wobble during movement. The MDF layers fit together cleanly, no sanding needed right out of the bag. It's solid enough for tournament play, and I like that you can pick your frame height to match you

Finally, a tray that actually holds a full 13x13 block of 20mm bases without bowing. The MDF frame and base fit together snugly, and the 6.35mm border gives my units a clean, finished look on the table.
