The 6.35mm trim around the edges really keeps my minis from sliding off during a game, and the MDF feels sturdy but not too heavy. Assembly was straightforward, and the cutouts fit my 20x20mm bases perfectly.

The spacing between the 12.7mm cutouts is spot on, so my 20mm bases sit tight without any wobble. The 6.35mm trim keeps the whole tray feeling solid, and the MDF layers fit together cleanly with no sanding needed.
