The cutouts are spaced just right so my minis don’t bump into each other, and the MDF frame holds them snug without being too tight. Took about two minutes to assemble, and it’s sturdy enough for transport.

I’ve been using this tray for a few weeks now and I’m really impressed with how snugly the 25mm bases fit into the cutouts. The MDF frame feels sturdy enough for regular transport, and the 1/4" depth keeps even my taller miniatures secure on the base.

The 1/2" spacing between cutouts is perfect for keeping my units ranked up without them rattling around, and the MDF frame sits flush against the bases. I've loaded twelve 25mm minis in under a minute and it feels sturdy enough for repeated game nights.
