MDF movement tray consisting of MDF upper frame and lower base. The base's border / upper frame measures 1/4" (6.35mm) per side. Select the height of frame and base required and whether or not you also require bases for your miniatures. Other configurations are available on request.

The 1/4" border on each side is just right—my 25mm units sit flush without any wobble, and the MDF layers snap together cleanly. I've already loaded it for a couple of games and the whole tray stays rigid on the table, which is exactly what I needed.
