The precision here is spot on—my 20x20mm figures sit dead-center with the right 25mm frontage, and the tray's thickness feels sturdy enough for regular shuffling. MDF cut is clean with no warping, so the whole 5x2 block moves as one piece without any wobble during gameplay.

The slots on these trays hold my 20mm infantry perfectly centered, making them line up cleanly with my 25mm ranked units. I assembled a 5x2 formation in under ten minutes with just a dab of glue.

The cutouts are precise enough that my 20mm infantry sit perfectly dead-center with no wobble, and the 25mm frontage matches my newer units exactly. Took about two minutes to glue the whole 5x2 rank together, and it's held up through a dozen games already.
