Dorpshuis / Buitenhuisje

I was surprised how detailed the MDF pieces are for this price—the roof tiles have real depth. Assembly took about an hour, and it looks authentic once glued together. Perfect for adding a humble peasant dwelling to my feudal Japan collection.

The wooden beams on this unpainted kit have crisp detail that makes the feudal Japan aesthetic really pop. I spent a quiet evening assembling it, and the instructions were clear enough to follow without frustration.

Finally, a kit that captures the cramped, lived-in feel of a feudal Japanese house without needing a ton of extra work. The MDF is nicely detailed, and the instructions were clear enough for a first-time terrain builder. Only wish the base was a bit thicker for sturdier play.
