Log Cabin - 40mm

The walls fit together snugly with no gaps, and the separate roof pieces make it easy to paint the interior before assembly. I’ve got it primed and ready for my frontier town board.

The untreated MDF surface takes paint really well, so a quick drybrush made the wood grain pop. It was my first time building a 40mm kit and the laser-cut pieces had zero warping, which made the whole thing go together in about an hour. This cabin's going to anchor my whole table.

The MDF panels fit together snugly without any warping, which made assembly surprisingly quick for a 40mm scale building. I’ve already got it primed and I can see the wood grain texture will take paint really well. Perfect for adding some frontier flavor to my Wild West table.
