Ledge-type zigeunerwagen

I was worried the MDF would feel flimsy, but the robust frame on this ledge caravan is surprisingly sturdy once assembled. The extended living area over the rear wheels gives it a really authentic look for my tabletop setup.

The overhang over the rear wheels is what sold me—it gives the wagon that authentic lived-in look. It took a couple of evenings to assemble, but every piece fit snugly with no warping, and the unpainted MDF took the primer perfectly.

The frame feels solid for MDF, and I love that the living area actually extends over the rear wheels—it gives the wagon real character on the tabletop. Took an evening to assemble, but the pieces fit cleanly and it paints up nicely.
