The coverage is excellent — one coat over a light primer already looks solid. I've been using it for basecoating and it levels out nicely without any chalkiness. Definitely a workhorse brown for my palette.

The pigment density is spot on—one coat gives a rich, earthy base, and a second thins out to a smooth glaze without getting chalky. I used it for shadows on a cloak and it blended better than my usual browns. This is now my go-to for warm tones.

I’ve been through a lot of browns that turn chalky when thinned, but this one stays rich and buttery even after two coats. It flows off the brush with that smooth, self-leveling quality that makes basecoating a breeze. Honestly, it’s become my go-to for leather and wood tones.
