I was really impressed with the crisp lines I got dry brushing the panel details on my MDF mech model. The Mylar material held up well to repeated use without tearing or curling at the edges.

The Mylar material holds up way better than the paper stuff I tried before, and the sci-fi plating pattern dry-brushes cleanly without any smudging. I’ve used it on a few MDF kits now and the edges stay sharp through multiple passes.

I’d been using paper stencils for ages and they always curled up after one pass, so this Mylar set is a proper upgrade—it lays flat and takes the dry brushing without any warping. The laser-cut detail on the smaller panels is crisp enough for the fiddly bits on my MDF kits, and it’s held up through
