The frame snaps onto the base with a satisfying click, and the slots hold my 40mm rounds snug enough that nothing wobbles during transport. I only wish the MDF came in a darker stain, but it takes paint well and ranks up exactly as intended.

I was pleasantly surprised how precisely the upper frame clicks into the lower base—no wobble at all when moving the unit. It holds my 40mm round bases snugly in formation.

The lower base is solid enough that my ranked units don’t wobble when I slide them across the table, and the frame height matches my 40mm bases perfectly. Assembly took about five minutes with a bit of glue, and now my round-based troops finally line up in neat formation.
