The 6.35mm frame border is exactly the right thickness—my units sit snug inside without wobbling, and the separate MDF base keeps them locked in place during transport. I grabbed the taller frame option and it’s made rearranging my ranked units so much cleaner on the table.

Assembling this tray took me under five minutes, and the 6.35mm frame border is just the right height to keep my 20mm bases snug without hiding their details. The MDF feels solid and the two-piece design holds together tight once glued, so I'm already ordering another for my next unit.

Everything lined up flush when I assembled the upper frame and lower base, and the 6.35mm border leaves just enough room for a solid grip when moving a unit. Took me about five minutes to glue together, and it holds twenty of my 20x20mm infantry bases without any wobble.
