I’ve used this tray for a full unit of 25mm-based infantry and the 6.35mm border really helps keep models snug during movement. The MDF feels sturdy enough for repeated games, though the frame could be a bit tighter on the base.

The 1/4" border on this tray gives my units a snug, solid fit without any wiggle during movement. Assembly was straightforward and the MDF pieces lined up perfectly. Exactly what I needed for ranked games.

Finally, a tray that doesn't warp after a few games—the MDF frame and base lock together snugly, and the 6.35mm border keeps my 25mm bases from sliding around mid-move. I've bought cheaper ones that bent out of shape, but this one's held its square perfectly through three sessions.
