Craddocks Metzgerei

My order arrived and the knives are properly sharp—I tested one on a thick pork shoulder and it glided through like butter. The whole setup has that authentic, no-nonsense vibe, and even the basement chill adds to the experience.

The basement’s got that proper chill, and the way the knives are sculpted makes me want to set up a whole street scene around it. The sharp-tempered family vibe comes through perfectly in the paintwork, and it’s a solid build for the price.

The detail on the meat hooks and cleavers in the basement is incredibly grim—it really sells the "carve up more than pork" vibe perfectly. I've spent hours just looking at the little bloodstains and angry expressions on the staff figures. This kit nails the seedy underbelly of a family business.
