The rooftop terrace detail is what sold me—it really captures how Roman shops stacked living spaces above the storefronts. Assembly took a patient evening, but the flat-roof sections fit together cleanly with no gaps.

I was worried the laser cuts would be fragile, but the wooden pieces fit together snugly without any glue. The flat roof detail is perfect for displaying little resin figures on top.

The shopfronts on the ground floor are such a clever touch, and the tiny roof tiles really sell the urban feel. Took me a quiet evening to assemble, but every piece clicked into place with satisfying precision. My desk now has a mini Roman street scene that makes me smile every time I glance over.
