Tachanka - 28mm

I swapped out the team for a three-man crew, and the machine gun mount still leaves their arms free to handle the horses. The MDF panels fit together with no sanding needed, which saved me a good hour of prep work.

The cart bed has just enough room for the driver and gunner without feeling cramped, and the wheel assembly fits together snugly after a bit of sanding. Painted it in an afternoon and it’s already the centerpiece of my Eastern Front board.

The crew positions are well-defined on the cart, which made painting the two-man team a lot quicker than I expected. It fits together cleanly without any warping, and the machine gun mount looks properly menacing on the tabletop.
