I used this alongside one of the ranch-style houses and the scale fits perfectly for my 28mm games. The MDF is sturdy and easy to paint, giving a clean suburban look to the pool area.

The water effect on this pool is really convincing, and it fits perfectly next to the ranch-style houses. I just wish the instructions were a bit clearer for attaching the diving board, but once it's together it looks fantastic on the board.

Assembling the pool was straightforward enough, though the blue interior could use a more vibrant paint job out of the box. It really brings my suburban board to life, especially paired with the ranch-style houses.
