Ruined Habitiation Pod - Explorer 2

The hatch mechanism is surprisingly detailed, with tiny hinges that actually move. It fits perfectly into my sci-fi tabletop setup, and the distressed look makes it feel like a real crash site.

The scorch marks along the base really sell the crash-landing story. The MDF is sturdy enough to survive a few clumsy drops during assembly. Definitely a centerpiece for any sci-fi table.

The cracked door frame and missing roof panels really sell the abandoned vibe, and the MDF cuts are clean enough that the ruined details don’t look sloppy. I’ve got it primed and ready for a dusty wash, and it’s already the centerpiece of my table.
