Low Planked-Style Village House - 20mm

The roof panels fit together surprisingly snug without glue, which made assembly much less fiddly than I expected. I’m already planning a second one for my Vietnam table.

Took my time dry-fitting the walls before gluing, and the planked texture really sells the Far East vibe once painted. The 20mm scale is spot on for my 1/72 Vietnam games, and it’s sturdy enough to survive a few careless elbows on the table.

The MDF kit went together cleanly with just PVA glue and a sharp knife—the pre-cut tabs lined up perfectly. For 1/72 scale, the proportions look spot-on for a rustic Vietnamese structure. I'm already eyeing a second one to complete the village.
