منزل متوسطي واسع - طابقان مع شرفة وسقف مسطح

The MDF is cut cleanly with no rough edges, and the two floors fit together perfectly for a sturdy tabletop building. I used it for a Pulp Alley game and the balcony added great line-of-sight options.

The balcony and flat roof give it that authentic coastal look, and the 28mm scale fits my miniatures perfectly. Assembly was straightforward, and the two floors feel solid once the pieces lock in place. I’m already planning a second one for a street scene.

The modular pieces snapped together without any fiddling, and the flat roof gives me a perfect spot to stage a sniper or a dramatic rooftop chase. I’ve already got it painted up in a quick terracotta wash, and it looks right at home next to my other coastal scenery.
