منزل متوسطي تراسي - طابقان مع شرفة وسقف مائل

The balcony tiles have a nice texture that takes paint really well, and the modular panels go together without any gaps. I set mine up as a two-story tavern in our last campaign and the sloped roof gives it that authentic coastal look.

I was worried about assembly, but the tab-and-slot construction clicked together perfectly in about twenty minutes. The balcony railing adds just the right amount of detail for my Mediterranean-themed wargaming table.

The sloped roof and balcony fit seamlessly into my WW2 Mediterranean table, and the MDF slots together with satisfying precision. I had the two floors assembled and painted in about an hour—the detail on the window frames is really crisp.
