منزل متوسطي نصف - 3 طوابق مع شرفة وسطح مسطح

I was impressed by how solid the MDF feels, and the 3-floor layout fits perfectly into my Mediterranean tabletop setup. The balcony adds a nice touch of realism for skirmish games.

The balcony and flat roof give it real versatility for skirmish games, and the modular floors slot together so cleanly I had the whole three-storey structure assembled in an evening. The Mediterranean styling is spot-on too — it instantly reads as a sun-bleached coastal town on the tabletop.

I was a bit nervous about MDF warping, but the flat roof and balcony pieces are cut dead-straight and the layered floors lock together with a satisfying click. The 28mm scale feels perfect for my skirmish games, and the stucco-style texture paints up beautifully with just a drybrush.
