منزل متوسطي نصف - طابقان مع شرفة وسقف مائل

The stairway to the balcony is really sturdy, and the sloped roof tiles have a nice, matte texture that paints up beautifully. It went together with just a bit of hobby glue and looks perfect for a coastal tavern in our wargames.

I love how the two-floor design gives the building a real lived-in look for my Mediterranean tabletop battles. The balcony adds just the right character to set it apart from simpler terrain pieces.

The sloped roof and balcony give it real Mediterranean character, and the modular pieces fit together cleanly for a solid 28mm building. I’ve used it in two games already, and the two floors are perfect for tactical setups without feeling cramped.
