Fortified Border Village Set (28mm)

The stone cottage roof slots together cleanly, which saved me a ton of frustration during assembly. Even unpainted, the tiny details like the chimney give it a lived-in look for my gaming table.

The wooden texture on the bastle house panels looks fantastic once assembled, and the interlocking tabs meant I didn’t need glue for the main walls. Took me an evening to finish both cottages, and they scale perfectly with my other 28mm terrain.

The laser-cut pieces fit together so cleanly that I had the Bastle House framed up in under an hour, and the stone cottage roofs align perfectly once you dry-fit them first. I’m genuinely impressed by how sturdy the 28mm scale feels even before glue sets.
