9x7 Movement Tray for 40x40mm bases

The frame height is perfect for 40mm bases, and the MDF feels solid enough for tournament use. I had to sand the edges slightly for a perfect slide-fit, but once that was done it holds my whole unit securely.

I needed a tray that could hold my 40x40mm bases securely, and the option to customize the frame and base height made this fit my setup perfectly. The MDF feels solid without being overly heavy, even with a full load.

Finally, a tray that actually fits my 40mm bases snugly without wobbling. The 1/4" MDF frame border gives just the right amount of lip to keep them secure during movement.
