9x5 Movement Tray for 40x40mm bases

The 6.35mm frame border is exactly the right width to keep my 40mm infantry units looking uniform on the table. Gluing the base to the frame was straightforward and the whole tray feels sturdy for transport.

The MDF top frame fits perfectly snug around my 40mm bases, and the 1/4-inch border keeps everything from sliding off during transport. I’ve been using it for my current wargaming project, and it holds a full squad without any wobble.

I needed a solid tray to keep my 40mm square bases from sliding around during games, and the MDF frame feels sturdy enough to last through many matches. The 1/4" border holds them snug without being too tight to remove.
